Mixed Berry Jam

INGREDIENTS
- 500g frozen mixed berries, defrosted
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 160g caster sugar
- 15g (1 tbsp) pectin
METHOD
- Remove the kneading paddles from the bread pan.
- Place the berries, lemon juice and vanilla extract into the bread pan.
- Whisk together the sugar and pectin, then add to the bread pan.
- Press the 'Menu' button and select the '9' (JAM) function then press 'START/STOP' to begin the cycle.
- Once the Jam cycle is complete, press 'START/STOP' and pour the hot jam into sterilised jars and allow to cool before sealing with a lid.
