Mexican Summer Dip
Summer snack time is sorted with this full of flavour Mexican Summer Dip recipe made in the Baccarat The Power Blast Blender Stainless Steel.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ - 1 Avocado
- Punnet of cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 4 tbs parsley leaves
- 4 tbs coriander leaves
- Salt
- Lime or lemon juice to taste
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into the Baccarat The Power Blast Blender Stainless Steel and blitz until a course chop is achieved.
- Taste and add salt and lime juice to required taste.
- Serve with corn chips.
